Mattress Delivery
Scheduling a delivery was tough during snow storm. 1st time, roads were impassable, 2nd time, they made it 1 mile from house but my gravel road was not yet plowed. They finally did make it. The weather was not their fault. But each time they communicated and scheduled a new delivery date. Very professional and courteous. Removed old mattress and put new one in very efficiently. Well done.

Bed Frame Delivery
The crew was very polite and they brought the large box into my home rather than leave it outside in the snow.

they told me a time frame that is better then when you get dish network.. 9-1 was time frame. they called when they were half hour away which helps alot instead of sitting at home just waiting for them to show up.
Absolutely Perfect Delivery
I was surprised to get the call that my bed was being delivered a week early. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. When they arrived, they were professional and quick. 5 star service all the way. They removed the old mattress as well for us.

Excellent Service
We have had a few deliveries from Brouwer and they are always fantastic! Usually very heavy deliveries and they bring them where we want them delivered. A different company just left our stuff on the driveway, Brouwer helped us place the delivery in our garage so it was out of the weather.
