well the drivers were very friendly and did not even need to bring the chase lounge inside the house, but they did help us get it inside. very nice

Justin was very professional and kept me informed every step of the delivery. He was very informative and personable. I would definitely recommend this service in the future. They were very timely and called and texted me the few days before delivery as a reminder.

Got to my place early, got my recliner inside and out of the snow quickly, and put it in a place that was easy for me to complete the process. I'll be sein' ya again in couple of weeks, as the loveseat is also being delivered by your company. Lookin' forward to it!

Sofa was almost 300 pounds. Very glad I paid the small amount extra to have them move it into the house as I couldn't move that much weight, and they had to really work to get it twisted around right inside the door. Didn't damage anything or mark any walls or floor. Very satisfied
