Helpful and friendly delivery crews
I am appreciated at the crews are being super helpful and nice. They care for the items they deliver, handle with gentle and practice good hygiene. The coordinator has called me few days ahead to schedule for the delivery and the crew is very good with sticking with the time frame and show up on time. I am grateful for their service.
Outstanding Service
The van driver called me 3 times to keep verifying the times, which was GREAT for me and my busy schedule. He was extremely polite and generous with his time. I requested to inspect items upon delivery and the van driver actually helped me cut open box and proceeded to help me inspect it. You don't find this type of sincere service very often, so I was truly grateful!
Well Done!
The truck was a little early for the delivery. They gave us a few minutes to prepare. They were very friendly and efficient. We will keep Brouwer in mind for future needs.
pick up
I know loading is a tough job and I couldn't do it. The loaders didn't seem to be in shape to do the work, though, and complained quite a bit. They packed the truck well, though, and none of our stuff looked damaged upon arrival. The unloaders were excellent.

The whole experience was great. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The delivery people arrived on time and went above and beyond to make it easier for me.

They were very professional. The took care into where things were placed, it wasn’t just tossing things into a truck, it was making sure things were well cared for. They were fun to work with! Made moving easier!
