Wonderful experience
This group was really good to us from start to finish. I can't tell you how many times I would change a packing date or a drop off date because of unforeseen circumstances and my crazy requests were always met with professionalism, patience, and empathy. The group of guys that dropped off our possessions went above and beyond. They were quick, professional and thorough. I hope we don't move again for a long time...but if we were to I would hope Jon was still overseeing everything and I would request the same three guys.

Driver and mover were very professional and kind. Called ahead and arrived exactly on as scheduled. It was a very large, heavy item and they were careful and positive about moving in. Very happy!

Removal of bed Frame
I was told we had "white glove" service but when the workers started to bring in the new bed I told them they had to remove the old bed 1st. They said they weren't told that?? Then they removed the old mattress & box springs but said they weren't authorized to remove the bed frame. I said I had talked to Saatvia and said I was not able to do that. They had to call their boss , who also acted like I was s'pose to have the bed frame removed?? How could I do that without the mattress & box springs removed 1st?? DAH!!! They did proceed to remove the frame and all was taken care of satisfactorily. They did an awesome job once these "misunderstandings were taken care of!
