2 very professional men delivered our furniture. Very accommodating , friendly and helpful. I was called twice to make sure I was ok with delivery! Had to leave at 5:00 and they were very aware to keep me updated! Great experience!

Delivery of Dresser
Everyone was very capable and professional. We had to make a decision whether to swap five dresser drawers or the complete replacement dresser. Both delivery men were most helpful and accommodating as we examined drawers in new dresser and eventually decided to change out the complete 300# dressers. Could not be more satisfied.
Warranty mattress delivery
Person who scheduled delivery did not ask if time frame was good for us. And as it turned out we work nights and they could have made delivery time later in day, so we could have completed our sleep time before they showed up. As it turned out the driver was way ahead of schedule and showed up over an hour earlier than we expected and was unable to contact us by phone, so he had to wake me from a sound sleep when he arrived to deliver our mattress. This was not his fault and I do not fault him for that, just wish it had played out differently. Driver was very apologetic, courteous and respectful.

Ronnie and Jason did an awesome job. They delivered a couch that was a very tight fit. Ronnie promised they could figure out a way to make it happen and they did. We were extremely impressed with the can do attitude, the knowledge of how to maneuver a very large piece of furniture through a tight space without damaging anything, and the friendly service they gave us.
