Didn’t come in contact with the delivery person but everything seemed ok.

The crew called us 20 minutes before arrival. They were helpful and pleasant! I thought it was going to be a complicated project getting the dinosaur off the truck, but the delivery people and our Bobcat driver unloaded it within 15 minutes. It all went smoothly!

The people who contacted us about the delivery were courteous and knowledgeable. We had to change the delivery time and it was a seamless request. The time was changed, they called at 30 minutes out, arrived on time, and unloaded into our home. We were very pleased.
