Excelent communication
The entire Brouwer team was excellent at notifying me when I was to expect my delivery. They made it easy to communicate during the "last mile" and the driver called and arrived when he said they would.

I had a great delivery experience with the delivery of a 85inch TV they handled my TV with care and they even helped to get it in to my house! Which is beyond with what I was expecting! Forgot to ask their names but they are doing an amazing job!

Mattress pick up.
First of all I was told by Temperpedic that the mattress would be picked up when the new one was delivered. then I got a call from the driver that they would be here in 30 min to pick up my mattress,ok ,but said they didn't have a new mattress for me. coordinator had left a message but I couldn't understand the phone number so could not call her back. the driver did call and said he found out the new mattress would be delivered as so as it came in. the delivery people were very nice. thank you
