I’ve been ordering a large quantity of expensive furniture recently. Much of it has been delivered via FedEx or UPS which has led me to the broken/damaged return process on SEVERAL items. This package was the most fragile and important - Brouwer handled with absolute care and professionalism.

Delivery recieved on porch
The item was left of the porch as expected but there was no redelivery coordination. If they tried to call, they did not leave a voicemail. I work nights so it is difficult to catch me during the day but I always return voicemail messages.

The Brouwer team was very professional. I got a notification the day before their arrival with my delivery. They gave me a time frame window and arrived within the time frame. They also called 30 minutes before arrival.
