They arrived when scheduled and fully unpackaged the item from the pallet it was being shipped in. After some creative navigating they set the item up in the desired location and cleaned up all the packing material before leaving. 100% satisfaction

the two men did an awesome job, the chair was very hard to get into the room, old duplex small door ways, but they worked until they got it in the room. and never heard a bad word from either man, (I would have said some choice words, if it were me).
