Very pleasant driver and co-driver, respectful, cordial, called in advance to schedule delivery and were on time and prompt and efficiently made the delivery

The crew leader called with a heads up for their arrival time which we greatly appreciated. When they arrived, they introduced themselves and loaded our packages directly in to our truck for us because they are a gift we need to deliver. That was extremely helpful!
Non-traditional move
Brouwer relocation coordinated our move out of state. They not only coordinated the move of our household goods, but also our vehicles. Brouwer coordinated the move and storage of our household goods while our house was getting ready. This enabled our family to turn the housing delay into a vacation.

A + Delivery
I really appreciated the telephone notification. I was home, but I was busy with unpacking and it was helpful to know when they would be arriving. Our big dog can be quite intimidating and the delivery men were very good with her. I appreciated them looking over all the packages with me to ensure the small amount of damage to the boxes wasn't missed by me. Keep up the good work.
