The movers who showed up to pack and load my items were very professional. They were careful and efficient when packing my items. They were also very friendly and professional. All the items showed up for delivery okay and the crew that came to unload was a pleasure to work with. They were very polite and worked great as a team. Each person that I have communicated with in this company have been fantastic and super friendly. The art of customer service has been lost on some, but not this company. We had an issue with our order and before it even made it to our house, they let us know the condition and let us decide what we wanted to do. The deliver guys were also extremely kind and helpful while making our delivery. They simply made our day!! I haven't experienced excellent service like this in a long time.
