Arrived too early!
Driver called about 1 hour before scheduled delivery window and I wasn't able to meet them early. Driver waited for me to arrive as soon as I was able.

The delivery process was quick and easy. I received a voicemail with the time frame for the next days delivery and a text when the delivery was 30 minutes out. The guys were quick and did a great job dropping off a bed frame. I also really respect the company for not accepting the original shipment due to damage.
