The two deliverymen that brought my couch were true gentlemen. They were concerned about a minor mark on the couch which I showed them wiped right off. The were concerned about their shoes tracking snow and were very polite while in my home. Thank you.

They let me know their approximate arrival time the day before, and I confirmed. They then texted me when they were 30 minutes away. There were two capable men that had no problem unloading out order.
