The delivery team were great ! They called ahead of time, and put the grill in the backyard (it's heavy) when I asked. Top Notch customer service - thank you !

Crew member
The delivery overall was good. I live in a small apartment so I told them to lean the two large boxes on my kitchen island just inside. The first crew member leaned the largest package on the corner of my table...which almost tipped over. The counter is a foot next to it. The driver leaned the second huge box on my kitchen island. I had to move the first package myself in order to walk in my apartment. The crew member said that this is serious and he wasn't allowed to put it 2 ft farther. I understand the situation and severity. But I felt really bad. The driver was very professional. These are hard times. I guess I was made to feel by the crew member that I was a bad person for having something delivered. We need to be kind!!!

Hot tub pickup
They came and picked up a hot tub from my house, but they were both pretty little guys. And when putting it into the van they scraped it along the side and bottom. I just really hope I dont end up having to pay for damage if there is any!
Hot tub delivery
When they arrived I didnt have anyone to help me set the hot tub down flat, so they did it for me! He cracked a joke saying he cant fill it with water though!:) they were super nice and didnt have to help me in the way they did!
