Friendly staff and right on time.
Mattress pick up.
First of all I was told by Temperpedic that the mattress would be picked up when the new one was delivered. then I got a call from the driver that they would be here in 30 min to pick up my mattress,ok ,but said they didn't have a new mattress for me. coordinator had left a message but I couldn't understand the phone number so could not call her back. the driver did call and said he found out the new mattress would be delivered as so as it came in. the delivery people were very nice. thank you

These guys were on time and friendly! What a breath of fresh air to have two young men deliver with smiles on their faces and loving their job! Fast unboxing and removing boxes, their delivery was truly remarkable!
