Hi Jon, Just wanted to let you know how terrific your staff was today, ( and yesterday too!) Michael and Pete did a great job getting everything into my mom's apartment which involved a lot of hallway I must say. They were extremely respectful and conscientious with my mom and she was so grateful for the professionalism of the moving experience. Thank you and your staff for the great care. All the best, Gail
