We received a phone call the day before the delivery giving us the estimated delivery time. The driver called during that timeframe letting us know he would arrive in about 20 minutes (still in the estimated delivery hour). He arrived on time, got the item unloaded and was on his way. Efficient delivery right on time!

The staff delivered a dresser for us and even helped my husband move it inside. I had surgery recently and the moment I explained why I was asking for their help, they immediately sprung to action and moved the box inside for us.
