This delivery process through Amazon was all new to me, I was not expecting the delivery until 9/2 and was expecting an Amazon Van, Brouwer delivered one of my 4 items according to the text I received 08/17. Your website tracking shows my order 6704252 was refused/damaged on 08/15 and 08/16. I had to contact Amazon customer service and reorder the items. The driver and assistant that delivered the file cabinet were very courteous.
The crew that delivered my mattress and box spring was amazing. I appreciated the phone call 30 minutes before delivery just as promised. They were quick and quiet. Even took the plastic off and put the bed together. If I need help moving out I know where to call.
