Item pick Up
We were returning a damaged item and Brouwer was scheduled to pick it up. Everything, from the initial contact, to the tracking info, to the 30 minute advance call (something other companies we’ve dealt with recently promise but don’t follow through), were excellent. The two gentleman who completed the pick up were efficient and polite…the interaction was very pleasant. It was a great experience all around!
Overseas Military PCS
Brennen and Rex gave me call prior to their arrival and also called once they arrived. Both of them were very intentional while packing my belongings and were also willing to answer all my questions along the way. They were also great to talk to throughout the entire process!
