Exceptional service
This is actually my second time using Brouwer company. I was so pleased the first time that when I placed an order I specifically requested them. On the day of delivery they fulfilled their promise of calling 20 minutes prior to arrival. I was able to leave work and return very quickly. They arrived exactly 20 minutes after the call in a nice truck and uniforms that identified Brouwer. One of the men introduced himself and asked for specific instructions on where the items were to be placed. They were able to bring in and set up my items and clear all debris in a timely fashion. They then asked if everything was to my liking offered to adjust and then showed me the controls and asked if I had any questions.
