Mattres Delivery
Received a call stating item was available for delivery today, asked if I would be available to receive the item, I said yes. We established that the driver would call when 20 mins out between 2 and 5. Driver called at 5pm and arrived 15 min later. The unloaded the mattress moved into the correct room and were done in about 5 min. Very smooth
Unexpected Surprise
I ordered a very large parcel from a 3rd party that was contracted by the 3rd party to be delivered by Brouwer. I was concerned that it would be left outside without any care. Instead, the crew members went above and beyond to ensure that my parcel was put in a safe place - even without me having to be home. Next time, I will purposely use Brouwer for any moving service that I need.

Smooth Sailing
From Caller to delivery guys, it was perfect. Highly Recommend this company. And guys had to carry a king mattress and box springs up our steep driveway and were very nice about it. Not an easy driveway.
