2 men were the best. They knew exactly how to put the bed together correctly and instructed me on how to use the remote control . Clean up all the boxes papers etc. and remove them good yeah
Delivery service
Timely, efficient and friendly! They were right on time and were very quick at unloading. I was able to stay at work and have my wife handle the delivery since they carried everything right were I needed it.

Wonderful people! I had to refuse my furniture shipment because it was damaged prior to delivery (most likely before it even got to them). But the delivery guys just boxed it right back up and took it away without complaint. Very pleasant!
Delivery
As I said earlier the drivers were top rate. They were courteous and knew there job. I appreciated the service I received from them. I would of rated 5 but my call into your company was not the best experience. I have been in customer service for 35 years and the initial phone call made was not top rate and the second call was worse.

I received a call the morning before delivery which i appreciated. They arrived on time and did a great job setting up my new furniture, They were fast at getting it all in the house for me. They took all packing materials with them which i appreciated very much.

The crew was very helpful and willing to move things as needed for us. They did not pack for us, but considerate of our belongings. They had plenty of help to unload in a less than a day.
