Delivery
As I said earlier the drivers were top rate. They were courteous and knew there job. I appreciated the service I received from them. I would of rated 5 but my call into your company was not the best experience. I have been in customer service for 35 years and the initial phone call made was not top rate and the second call was worse.

I received a call the morning before delivery which i appreciated. They arrived on time and did a great job setting up my new furniture, They were fast at getting it all in the house for me. They took all packing materials with them which i appreciated very much.

Very nice men. Very professional. Move went off without a hitch. I would use Brouwer once again. They were on time and the move did not take as long as expected.
Good Move
The crew was very helpful and willing to move things as needed for us. They did not pack for us, but considerate of our belongings. They had plenty of help to unload in a less than a day.
Moving south
Our bank's mistake pushed our close date on our new house back by a couple of days. Brouwer was able to rearrange to accommodate us getting into our new home as soon as possible.

Nothing to complain about. Crew were very friendly. Did a good job. They called they week before that they were coming on Monday and again 30 min before they arrived .

The crew were friendly and quick. They were very clean with their process of removing our old mattress and placing the new in the frame. They were also very kind.
