The driver was very helpful and kept me informed when he would arrive. Upon arrive he assisted in bringing the package into the house. He explained the process very well. Left the receipt and very polite.

What an awesome group from phone personnel to drivers. So pleasant and courteous. Wanted to be helpful! They were on time and met my request for time frame. They were very careful moving items into garage. Items wouldn't fit down our staircase. They apologised for that. They also apologised for the damage to the boxes, but noted they did not pack the truck.
