Item arrived damaged but still a wonderful delivery experience
We ordered a sofa sleeper from Wayfair. Brouwer did the delivery of the item. As it was being unpackaged, the gentlemen noticed damage on the item. They informed me and called Wayfair on my behalf. Everything was sorted out and a new sofa sleeper will be sent to replace the damaged one. I have never experienced a more helpful delivery service. Thank you!

Excellent Service, Timely Delivery
I received a phone call to make sure the delivery time would work (for a delivery the next day). The delivery men called a half hour ahead of arriving. They delivered the dressers and gave me a few hints on how do remove the boxes. Everybody was great!
