Awesome service
Overall great service! We missed their call upon delivery and despite the crew having finished unloading our merchandise and was literally about to leave, they seen us make an appearance and they hopped back out of the delivery truck and haul the stuff into our house without any hesitation. Very professional and courteous!

Everyone that I dealt with was very helpful. I called the day of delivery to request a scheduled time and they were willing to work with me even though it was late notice. My delivery weighed 350 pounds and the gentlemen who delivered the product were so friendly. Nice work by the team.

Great service AND very nice with accommodations........................
White Glove - NOT!
It was supposed to be a white glove delivery but the crew did not wear the booties or the gloves. They also banged the couch into the door frame on the way in the house and now there is a dent in the wood frame member on the back of the couch. There are also some scratches in the leather on the couch's left side. Not sure if those were there in the box or if they appeared on the way into the house.
