NO GPS
They called 30 minutes before delivery saying the GPS could not find my location. They still delivered my TV on time so I am glad they called and I was able to get my TV. They were very helpful and friendly!

Easy as pie!
Spoke to very personable operator, who advised me of the time frame the truck would arrive to drop my 3 piece large living room set. The team pull into my drive, ask which room I wanted the order placed. The guys even scooped out the entry so as not to drag the 3 inches of new snow that had fallen this morning. The placed the boxes where I wanted them and had me sign for my order and where on their way. Both men represented the company well. Clean and identifiable uniforms, with logos and Id's. introduce them selves and made small talk. Warm very hard to find personal costmer service. Whic is sorely missing these day in the deliver service! will look forward to the next delivery ....Cindy Kunert
