White Glove - NOT!
It was supposed to be a white glove delivery but the crew did not wear the booties or the gloves. They also banged the couch into the door frame on the way in the house and now there is a dent in the wood frame member on the back of the couch. There are also some scratches in the leather on the couch's left side. Not sure if those were there in the box or if they appeared on the way into the house.
Movers Assemblers
They were very professional and very personable. There was a missing bolt insert which was not the fault of the assemblers and they thoroughly explained the issue and documented it.
