Had received an online delivery via Brouwer, and was really happy with their service. When I bought a house and needed movers for the bigger items, I immediately thought of Brouwer. I was glad I did. Item arrived damaged but still a wonderful delivery experience
We ordered a sofa sleeper from Wayfair. Brouwer did the delivery of the item. As it was being unpackaged, the gentlemen noticed damage on the item. They informed me and called Wayfair on my behalf. Everything was sorted out and a new sofa sleeper will be sent to replace the damaged one. I have never experienced a more helpful delivery service. Thank you!
