Delivery of our awning
The gentlemen who delivered the package were very nice and called ahead to let me know they were coming. I told them to put the package in the garage and that I would open it for them.
Outdoor sectional delivery
Our sectional was delivered as expected during the promised timeframe. The boxes were stacked nicely against the garage door. No signature was required on delivered so we did not have any interaction with the delivery drivers (unable to truly answer uniform question, etc). It may be helpful to add N/A to the first couple of questions for cases like ours.

Terrific Experience
We were expecting to have a pick up sometime between 9 and 1 pm. I got a call about 8:10 that said they were closer than they thought, and would be here in 15 minutes. They were here right when then said they would be. Very polite and personable people. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

Best Delivery Ever
I received the phone call 30 minutes before the delivery. I knew that was the way it was supposed to happen. The driver and the coworker were very helpful and cheerful. They even turn the boxes over for me so that I could look at them carefully before they left so I could make sure there wasn’t any troubles with punctured boxes. They were very helpful and professional.
