Driver seemed a little short on the phone but was fine in person. Seemed frustrated at the person helping him. This shipment was for a replacement product. They helped me open it to make sure the product was not damaged. It was damaged (not their fault). I did not want to keep it because of the damage. They were understanding and moved it out of my apartment and back into the truck.
