I was called prior to delivery. The two gentlemen were extremely nice and helpful. My delivery was damaged from a delivery service not associated with Brauer. The Brauer associates were great about identifying were they saw areas on box that needed attention. They documented the damaged and helped me move item.

Easily rescheduled the original delivery to accommodate my work schedule. Friendly phone calls with the coordinator. Delievery right on time with plenty of notice. Delievery driver friendly, quick, and got the job done.

Table delivery
I was called regarding shipment. I was called the morning of. I was called 1/2 before they arrived. Very friendly on the phone and very friendly in person. Carried table in and put it in my dining room. Very polite. Only comment-driver smelled really bad like cigarette smoke....really bad. Other worker was super friendly.

I called the company to get a general time frame of when my couch would be delivered and the gal told me they were already on their way! The guys called me 30 minutes later and told me when they would arrive. And the best part is that they went the extra mile to even take the 3 big boxes of my couch into my living room when they could have left them outside. They were super nice! Would definitely recommend!
