Seamless move
We just moved my parents from their 200 acre farm to assisted living 60 miles away. We had great communication ahead of time from Jon, and on moving day the crew was polite, efficient, and communicated well. We were very happy with everything. Thank you!
Not satisfied
The TV arrived in Sioux Falls but took six days to be ready for delivery. I called NSD and was told this was because the box was punctured. It was unacceptable no one called me to explain the delay. Also the delivery window was either 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This is an unacceptably large time frame
