Brouwer Relocation handled a pick-up and drop-off for us really well. We had a shipment from Wayfair which wasn't correct (not Brouwer's fault), so your delivery company had to come twice - once for the initial drop-off, and once to pick up the wrong product and exchange it for the correct one. We were satisfied with both experiences.
