I didn't receive a call to set up a delivery time like I was told I would. I received an email saying my package was delivered to this facility and that I would be receiving a call to schedule an at home delivery time. A short while later I received another email saying that the day and time were scheduled for the following day. No call. Now, it worked out fine for me because I don't have a job outside the home but if I did it would have been an issue. Other than that it was a great experience! The guys who delivered were super nice and my very large dining table arrived in perfect condition!
