I knew the delivery window, but assumed we’d be later in the time window. I missed the call before delivery and didn’t check my phone to see I had missed it until well after. I quickly called back and the gentleman said they had left my large 3 box desk on the porch. Realizing I had completely missed it on my own accord I thanked him and hung up. Less than a minute later he called back and said they saw it was a “front room delivery” and offered to run back and bring it in for me. I was so appreciative of that call back and how they went out of their way to still bring the boxes inside for me. They were incredibly friendly, efficient and professional. I really appreciate their customer service to offer to do that instead of ignore it since it was my fault for missing the call after all! Thank you!
