Staff were very helpful. My wife was confused about whether old mattress was to be removed. The team left without it but I called to the number from which we had received a call earlier. They came right back and retrieved our old mattress and box spring . Very helpful and much appreciated!

Called ahead to schedule delivery and discussed dates available. Received texts/e-mails to keep me informed on when the item was received by them. Dispatch called to let me know delivery date and time, and I needed to ask for a late in the day because of a conflict, and they were very accommodating without moving my delivery date. Very courteous and efficient from first contact until purchase was delivered and placed in my home.
