Exceptional courtesy and care
My whole experience with Brouwer, including calls to the young lady who answered the office phone, was the best one could ever hope for.It must have been a difficult delivery for the delivery men as there were steps involved and my curio cabinet was extremely heavy AND they had to maneuver a narrow passageway to install it in a small hallway. Yet, the two men were the utmost in professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. Since my hands are unreliable due to arthritis, they even installed the glass shelves for me. And they repositioned the cabinet several times to make sure it was exactly where I wanted it. It must have been especially hot and uncomfortable for them to deliver my curio since they had to work with masks on, yet they never gave any indication of the hardship they were working under. Can't thank them enough. I've moved several times: this was by far my very best experience. When I move again, you can be sure I'll engage Brouwer.

I cannot be more happy with Brouwer Relocation Inc. we had a last minute issue and they were able to get us packed and moved on time. The staff at the office were always helpful and friendly and the group that packed the house couldn’t be more delightful! The movers get top marks for their professionalism and ease to work with. I would highly recommend this company in an instant!

Helpful & Communicative
The crew called me when they were about to deliver. They recalled me when they needed to do an in-home set up to let me know they would be later. I have a broken foot, so they carried the big, heavy box into my living room for me!

Satisfied with the Service
Ordered a vanity from Home Depot online. Received an automated call from Home Depot the night before delivery was expected. The next morning, I received a call from the Brouwer Relocation Inc. representative informing me they were 20 minutes away and confirmed the address of delivery. Within that 20 minutes expected arrival, the delivery truck arrived to our home. The two representatives wearing masks and delivered the vanity on the pallet in my garage as I requested. One representative handed me the chip clip and paper for the survey, then took a photo of the package and also of our home address. I was satisfied with this deliver as the package was wrapped tightly and neatly and there were no marks of damage at all. Thank you Brouwer and your two representative who handled our delivery today.
