There was a problem with my delivery while I was in the hospital. The problem was not the fault of the delivery service it was the fault of the store the item was purchased which included wrong address. Brower Relocations went above and beyond to pick the item up again at the incorrect address and deliver it to me. Then they went above and beyond and helped carry it to a better location for me. Good Experience
Some of the crew members were not on the same page with each other. On the first day, none of the movers asked us if we preferred them to wear masks. The second day one of the crew members asked us, but only he wore a mask. Overall though, the crew was fast and efficient, and were all respectful of our home!
Great Service
The delivery personnel called me 30 minutes prior to delivery and they arrived promptly and made the delivery courteously and efficiently. This is the second time the company has delivered a product to me and both times the experience was great.
