As I heard the truck outside, it was clear the team was very careful with my large item. They brought it all the way up my stairs (a lot) and since I am on my own I asked if he could set in the door way, he said "of course" and brought it into my entry way so I didn't have to handle anything.

Efffective
Service was good. The driver failed to bring a battery for the scale, and asked to either borrow one of mine or asked for me to drive him to a store to buy one. During COVID, this is especially unacceptable. Packaging was complete and thorough; clean up was done as well. Good service overall.

The gentlemen who delivered for me were SO patient. I live in an area where GPS often takes you on a goose chase, and these fellas were totally unfazed by that- while I was anxious as a cat on a hot tin roof! Thank you for making me feel at ease and for being so understanding!
