I received several email telling me what what was going on and what time frame they would be at my house. They called about a 1/2 before arriving letting I was next on their list. they arrived about 20 minutes later. Carried the delivery into the front porch. One of the better experiences I've had with delivery drivers.

Calling Ahead of Time
It is definitely a plus to get notified prior to the delivery to ensure I made myself available so the item I ordered didn't sit outside for a long time. This was a new experience by a delivery company that I had never experienced before. Very impressed.
