They were fantastic about communication delivery. Was very impressed when I went outside and they were getting in truck but stopped and asked if I would like them to move the boxes in the garage!! 5 star service!
Absolutely Wonderful Experience
Wayfair made a mistake giving the carrier a wrong phone # to contact us and the carrier was unable to contact us to let us know they where at our residence to drop off our item. I phoned the carrier directly and the party I spoke with was so very pleasant and polite. She went above and beyond to help us receive our delivery that same day. The men who delivered the item were so very polite. Wonderful company, with fantastic employees.

Overall excellent service! Very courteous and respectful delivery crew. They arrived early and did not push us to just "GET IN and GET OUT" style of delivery. They assisted rather than just delivered.
Early morning move
Great crew for the delivery, but was a bit early. Was supposed to be 8:00 - 8:30 am, but arrived at 7:00. Much better than late!! But a little early considering the expected time.
