This was our second time ordering this smoker and the first company that delivered it. Did not take care of it and it was damaged bad. Brouwer delivered our package with not even a scratch on the box. Very happy about there service.

Delivery was handled very well. I received a courteous call to alert me prior to my delivery so I was able to have my husband be there shortly after delivery.
