The company contacted me the day before and day of the delivery. The delivery team was on time and brought the treadmill to our family room. The entire process took less than 10 minutes. Great job!

The 2 gentlemen arrived within the time frame and even though the instructions were to leave the sauna at the front door - I asked them to put in the garage because it was so heavy and cold out - and they did with no problem!!
